Tenated Homes
Listing a home with current tenants can present unique challenges, as we respect the personal space of our residents. In some cases, tenants may prefer not to declutter or have their living areas photographed. The photos below illustrate a listing captured during a tenants stay, where cooperation for the photoshoot was limited. After the tenant had moved out, we relisted and staged the home, resulting in a remarkable transformation. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our tenants throughout this process.
Decluttering Homes
Busy lives and not enough storage can contribute to the accumulation of our personal belongings. The before and after photos below show the drastic difference stripping back a space to its bare-bone state can make in the presentation.
Makeovers
When we visit a listing that is either dated, in need of a freshen-up, has poor lighting, or has had smokers or lingering smells, we typically make some simple suggestions for a makeover that will help neutralize the space. The following before-and-afters show the difference new paint, flooring and light fixtures can make in totally changing the look and feel of a home. We like to think of it as revamping without breaking the bank.
